Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy is part of our Terms of Service Agreement and should be read in conjunction with it. Please review it carefully before placing your order. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this policy and its related service agreement.

Shipping Options
1. Express Mail is the default option for both local and international shipments.
2. Economic Air Cargo is available for select destinations and specific large and oversized international shipments.

Shipping Timelines
1. Local Express Mail shipments within Saudi Arabia typically take 3-5 business days.
2. International Express Mail shipments generally take 2-10 business days.
3. International Economic Shipping takes 4-8 weeks.
The aforementioned times are provided as estimates and are subject to change.

Shipping Costs
1. Local shipping within Saudi Arabia costs 25 Saudi Riyals for every 5 kg of dimensional weight.
2. International shipping fees vary based on the combined weight of items in your basket and the destination address. These rates fluctuate based on current courier rates, fuel, and seasonal surcharges.
3. International orders are exempt from the 15% value-added tax.
4. Please note that international orders may be subject to additional restrictions, taxes, and duties imposed by the laws and regulations of the destination country. The customer is solely responsible for these additional charges.
5. Free shipping offers, if available on the store, apply only to domestic shipments within Saudi Arabia.

Delayed Shipments
In the event of a delay, we will notify you as soon as possible regarding the status of your shipment. You may also track your shipment with the courier tracking number provided upon shipping. Occasionally, shipments are held in the destination country pending the payment of additional duties or address confirmation from the recipient.
