How much is the shipping cost?
1. Inside Saudi Arabia: 25 riyals per 10 kilograms
2. Internationally: The shipping cost varies depending on the weight of the product and the
country receiving the shipment. The shipping cost will be clarified when you order from the
website and specify the address, noting that international orders are exempt from the 15%
value-added tax within all prices on the website.
3. If there are free shipping offers, they do not apply to international shipments
How long does it take for the shipment to reach me?
Express mail shipments within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will take 3-5 business days and
for international shipments it will take 7-20 business days to reach the specified address.
Internationally, by air shipment, it takes 4-8 weeks
All times and dates specified for delivery of Products are stated in good faith, but are
estimates only.
Please note that we may be subject to different rules and restrictions in relation to some
international deliveries and may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we
have no control. If such situations apply, you are responsible for compliance with the
applicable laws of the country in which you live and will be responsible for any costs of any
such additional customs duties or taxes.
What happens if my order is delayed?
If for any reason delivery is delayed, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise
you of a revised estimated delivery time.
